Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales of products made through the website https://hortiatelier.com, operated by Horti company.
Placing an order on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the customer.
Products
Hortiatelier offers handcrafted designer furniture made from noble natural materials such as marble and travertine, inspired by Moroccan culture.
Due to the artisanal nature of the products, slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, or finish may occur. These variations are inherent to handcrafted work and do not constitute defects.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and are non-contractual.
Availability
Products displayed on the Website are subject to availability.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered either a refund or an alternative solution.
Some products may be made to order or require a production time, which will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
Prices
Prices are displayed:
In euros (EUR) for customers located in the European Union
In Moroccan dirhams (MAD) for customers located in Morocco
All prices include applicable taxes. Delivery costs are not included in the displayed price and are communicated to the customer before final order validation.
Hortiatelier reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable is the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by phone or email.
Hortiatelier reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues, suspected fraud, or an existing dispute with the customer.
Payment
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit or debit card
- Bank transfer
- Paypal
- Payment by cash or check (only in Morocco).
Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
Delivery
Products are delivered via partner carriers in Morocco and internationally.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:
Product availability or production time
Destination country
Transport conditions
For deliveries outside Morocco, delivery is made to the building entrance or doorstep. Installation services are not included unless explicitly stated.
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the goods upon delivery and must report any visible damage to the carrier at the time of delivery.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
In accordance with European consumer law, customers located in the European Union benefit from a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product.
This right does not apply to:
Customized or made-to-measure products
Products made specifically at the customer’s request
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Hortiatelier in writing within the withdrawal period.
Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, within a reasonable timeframe.
Liability
Hortiatelier shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of the products.
In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control (such as transport delays, strikes, or natural events), Hortiatelier cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance.
Personal data
Personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR for EU customers.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings. Failing such resolution, Moroccan courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
